Our church ministries are listed below. We welcome you to participate as we fulfill our mission to serve!

Church Decor & Culinary Ministry
This ministry is responsible for the beautification of the sanctuary and fellowship hall. They also provide food services for the church events.
Financial Wellness Ministry
This Ministry teaches lessons on how to practically and successfully manage your finances whether it be personal or business. In this ministry topics such as budgeting, savings and how to build and manage your credit are discussed. We teach how to use financial awareness as a tool for kingdom building through tithing and offering. These lessons are not just available to members but to the community as a whole.
Dance Ministry
The dance ministry provides an extraordinary form of ministry to the body of Christ through the art of praise dance. Their goal is to change and touch lives through this ministry as well as have a personal connection with Christ and to deliver biblical interpretations of the word through praise dance.
Helping Hands Ministry
The purpose of this ministry to serve the Pastor, members of the church, and those who are affiliated with First Resurrection Church of God by prayer and support of church members in the time of sickness, misfortune, or death of loved ones.
Hostess, Ushers & Hospitality Ministry
The purpose of these ministries is to assist members and guest of the First Resurrection Church during services. The Hospitality team welcomes church members and guests and maintain contact with the prospective members.
Music & Fine Arts Ministry
This ministry is a combination of anointed singers/dancers who usher the congregation into the presence of God in praise and worship. This ministry consists of anointed people of all ages.
Singles Ministry
The purpose of this ministry is to enrich the lives of Single adults of all ages, stages, and phases of life's journey through meaningful Christian studies and social interaction and events.
Transportation Ministry
The purpose of the transportation department is to make sure all members and non members who would like to attend First Resurrection Services and Events have reliable transportation. Transportation will also be available for out of town church trips. Media Ministry
The purpose of the Media Ministry is to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our visually-driven, ever-changing world through the use of technology and media tools such as social media, and to equip other ministries of the church to use digital and electronic media as an worship and outreach tool.
Outreach Ministry
The Outreach Ministry is designed to reach those who are outside the walls of our sanctuary with the message and love of Jesus Christ. We do that by ministering to all that we meet, especially those who are homeless, as well as those who are incarcerated.
Seniors Ministry
The purpose of this ministry is to enrich the lives of senior adults (ages 60+) through meaningful Christian studies, senior healthy living, and social interaction and events.
Women's Ministry
The purpose of this ministry is to maintain Christian work among women and children at church, home, and abroad. Led by First Lady Gray, this ministry cultivates Christian family life and organizes and implements programs that promote and support community service and social relations.
Youth & College Ministry
The purpose of this ministry is to provide spiritual, faith-based, age appropriate curriculum, programs, and activities to promote the spiritual growth and total well-being of the youth and young adults at First Resurrection Church of God and the community. The Youth Department consists of Ladies of Destiny and Young Men of Purpose (YMOP).
